Our Return Policy
The eHardwicks.com staff strives to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience by committing to a diverse and plentiful product line and excellent customer service. We understand that in various circumstances, you may wish to return an item. We hope that our customers will be sensible in their transactions so that our prices remain reasonable. The following information describes our return policy. Placement of an order at eHardwicks.com is an agreement to abide by this policy.
Returns
eHardwicks.com will issue a refund (excluding shipping fees) within 30 days of shipment of your initial order if the item is unused, includes its original packaging and accessories, and is in re-saleable condition. If the item has been removed from its packaging and is unused, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund. We do not accept returns after 30 days of shipment of your initial order, with the exception of manufacturer's defects, and we only process returns on those items that have been purchased directly from the eHardwicks.com website.
eHardwicks.com reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds for those items that we feel have been misused or abused by the customer. We will not replace items that have experienced normal wear and tear. We do not issue refunds, full or partial, for items that have been used for purposes other than what they were specifically designed for. Returns that have been damaged while in transit due to improper packing by the customer will be the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded. We recommend viewing the packing guidelines before returning an item.

Manufacturer's Defects
In unusual circumstances, a product may contain a manufacturer's defect. We apologize for this inconvenience. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund within six months of shipment of your initial order and after inspecting the item and verifying the defect. If you find a manufacturer's defect after this six-month time period, you must deal directly with the manufacturer.

Exchanges
Please note that eHardwicks.com does not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different item, you must complete a separate transaction.

Refunds
Upon receipt of your return, eHardwicks.com will determine the nature of your refund. If your return meets the standards described above, we will gladly issue you a full refund, minus the fee to ship the return to us as determined by UPS.
Please note that eHardwicks.com will not charge an additional shipping fee to return item(s) in the following cases:
- The order resulted in an error made by eHardwicks.com
- The item contained a manufacturer's defect
- The initial order was damaged while in transit due to improper packing by eHardwicks.com.

How to Return an Item
- Send us an email and let us know which item(s) you would like to return and why.
- After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Label via email.
- Pack the item(s) you are returning carefully. See the Packing Guidelines for more information.
- Print the Return Label that was emailed to you and affix it to the front of the box.
- Take this package to a UPS shipping location.
- Once we receive your package, we will contact you via email with further information regarding your refund.

Packing Guidelines
To ensure that your returned items arrive safely and undamaged, please review the following guidelines. Returns received damaged due to improper packing will not be refunded.
The Container
If the original box that contained your order is still in tact, has all flaps, and contains no tears or punctures, you may use this box to return your item. Otherwise, please use a strong, undamaged, corrugated box. The contents must not exceed the maximum weight limit, which is usually printed on the bottom of the box
The Contents
Please wrap each item separately in protective material before placing them in the box. Use cushioning material such as crumpled newspaper or Kraft paper, bubble pack, or Styrofoam peanuts to surround the contents and keep them from resting against the side of the box. If you can shake the box and hear or feel the items moving, you must use more cushioning material.
The Tape
Tape the top, bottom, and side seams of the box with strong, rigid, 2-inch wide packing tape. Do not use masking tape, string, or paper over-wrap.
The Label
Remove all original labels and affix the Return Label on the top of the box. Do not place the label over a seam or on top of the packing tape.
