eHardwicks.com ships orders primarily through UPS. We will ship international orders and orders destined for Alaska and Hawaii via USPS by request. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The exact rate is determined by UPS according to the total weight of your order and the method used to ship your order. All orders are shipped via UPS and are subject to a $2.50 handling fee.

Domestic Delivery Times

The total delivery time of your order is determined by the time it takes to assemble your order and the time it takes to ship your order. In general, most in-stock items will ship within 24-48 hours. Below is a chart outlining these options. Please note that the timelines given are estimates.

*UPS Next Day Air guarantees delivery by 10:30 am, 12:00 noon, or the end of the next business day depending on location. Hawaii may take an extra day and Alaska may take an additional 1-5 days.

International Orders

The exact rate is determined by UPS according to the total weight of your order and the method used to ship your order. Most orders are shipped via UPS and all orders are subject to a $2.50 handling fee. On rare occasions, some international orders may be shipped using an alternative carrier. International orders may face additional import duties and taxes as determined by the destination country. These additional fees are to be paid by the importer (the customer).
